LABORATORY PROCEDURE IN ONLINE MODE

In the work, the methodology for performing laboratory work on computer technology in ON- LINE mode was investigated. A survey of 2nd and 4th year students was conducted. It is proposed to carry out laboratory works using remote laboratories, virtual laboratories and simulators. The idea of distance education is that the interaction between a teacher and a student takes place in a virtual space: both of them are at their computers and communicate via the Internet. Unlike distance learning, distance learning makes it possible to study at any distance from the educational institution. What are the benefits of distance education for students today? First of all, it is an opportunity to get an education anywhere, regardless of the location of the student. The following results were obtained in the work: the assumption that students would prefer full distance learning was wrong. They are more inclined towards blended learning. When performing work remotely, problems were identified at the stages: installing the application, Internet connection, performing laboratory work, checking them. Problem during verification: the project does not open, incorrect display of documents. The next issue is related to lab validation. As a result of checking the reports, repeated design errors were identified. Multiple repeated manual checking of a large amount of textual information is labor intensive and time consuming. For the most part, students corrected only a part of the errors indicated by the teacher, so the number of repeated checks increased. The teacher has to “idle” work and repeatedly point out the same mistakes, which, on average, make up more than half of all indicated mistakes. Reports on laboratory work showed that the theoretical material was not sufficiently mastered and was subject to correction by the teacher.
