Human resources management is very important in today's businesses and institutions. One of the most important reasons for this is that it is related to the effective and efficient use of the concept of time. In line with these reasons, human resources management is moving towards more and more digitalisation in today's business world. In addition, human resources management, which is under the influence of technological developments, tries to make a difference by focusing on the innovations of technology. In general terms, the importance of digital management and technological applications in human resources management makes itself felt more and more every day. Many different innovations and differences have emerged in human resources management. The most important of these is the concept of efficiency and speed and its applications. Digital management and technological applications increase efficiency by automating business processes and ensure faster transactions. Digital recruitment and interview processes accelerate the recruitment process and provide the opportunity to evaluate candidates more effectively. Another important concept is data analytics and decision support system. Data analytics in human resources management is made possible by the use of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence. Thanks to these technologies, factors such as personnel performance, training needs and job satisfaction can be analysed and strategic decisions can be made based on these data. Applications for workforce planning and forecasting are also a concept that is used very effectively in human resources management and provides efficiency. Digital management and technological applications play an important role in workforce planning and forecasting. In this way, businesses can more accurately predict their future workforce needs and develop strategies accordingly. Mobile working and remote working models, which are among the newest working models of today, offer a more efficient work environment by enabling employees to do their work from anywhere and anytime with mobile technologies and cloud computing systems. This situation contributes to the spread of flexible working models and increased employee satisfaction. Talent management and development systems support talent management and development processes by combining digital management with technological applications. The training needs of employees can be determined within this process, development plans are created and these processes can be monitored through digital platforms. As a result of this study, digital management and technological applications increase efficiency in human resources management, support decision making, facilitate workforce planning and increase employee satisfaction. In general, businesses are enabled to optimise their human resources processes by using these technologies and gain competitive advantage. As a result of this research, it has been revealed that enterprises that use digital management and technological applications in human resources management make a difference in terms of human and labour force and provide more efficiency, performance and profitability.
