SELECTION OF MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOR AIRFRAME-ENGINE ACTIVITIES FROM PSYCHOLOGICAL-PHYSIOLOGICAL-TECHNICAL PERSPECTIVE WITH MAX100 BASED CODAS METHOD
 
Aircraft maintenance personnel are qualified duty personnel with critical importance for aviation. It is thanks to the maintenance personnel that airplanes are safe without delay, planned and unplanned maintenance is carried out on time and quickly. Aircraft maintenance personnel play an important role in increasing the prestige of the airline, passenger satisfaction and the optimal realization of the processes within the airport. In addition, the completion of maintenance at low cost is ensured by qualified maintenance personnel. In this context, the selection of maintenance personnel poses a major problem for aircraft maintenance companies. In this paper, MAX100 based CODAS method is used to identify the ideal maintenance personnel in terms of physiological-psychological and aviation technology. The paper differs from other studies in the literature due to the related hybrid and application area. The application study was carried out using 19 different criteria and 5 personnel. As a result of the study, it was determined that the most important criteria affecting the selection of maintenance personnel are “Health Status”. After these criteria, the most important criteria are "Education and Licenses" and "Visual Ability". It is estimated that the proposed study will be a cornerstone for personnel selection in the aviation sector, which involves high risk and technology. ORCID NO: 0000-0002-9872-2890
