It is the project that we started with the aim of meeting the customer demands, ideas and needs with a single structure in accordance with minimalist and modern architecture in appropriate sizes, maximizing the quality of life and ensuring that our customers get the highest efficiency in their private areas.
Our roof aims to capture the trend of a timeless design and minimalism with its contemporary, modern cubic lines. It includes roof system design and prototype manufacturing, which can be applied to any size and height as well as attached to a building, and which will provide customer demands and ease of production with its design.
Activities Performed Within the Scope of the Project:
• Making 3D new part designs on Autodesk Inventor. Compliance with the ERP program. Integration of parts and prices of new profiles into the program.
• Static tests on the Inventor finite element module to determine Maximum Width and Depth.
• Water tightness test, snow load, glass load, wind load test and torsion test
• Design of the fittings to be used
• Calculations and tests of designed parts
• Material research for the steels in the record and the parts to be used for the connection
• Calculation of the material costs of the design on the roof
• Prototype production of fittings
• Prototype manufacturing for production tests
• Preparing the project of the Winter Garden system and preparing the 3D configurator to create the production drawings.
• Preparation and tests of the CNC machine codes to be obtained from the 3D configurator.
• Determination of the surface treatment methods to be used in the parts in the design (Anodized coating, rubbing, etc.)
• Sample production and visual inspections from parts with surface treatment
• Making the necessary profile and accessory molds
• Creation of product technical documents, creation of static tables, preparation of usability matrix
• Making a patent search for the elements planned to be designed.
• Determination of the pilot order and trial production
